BCC participating in Microsoft's Elevate America initiative

Brunswick Community College is offering Business Certification Vouchers for Microsoft Office Specialist 2003, Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) 2007 and Advanced IT Training, as part of the Microsoft Elevate America – NC Initiative. The vouchers can be obtained in Economic and Workforce Development Office, located on the Supply Campus. There are specific time frames associated with each voucher. The Advanced IT Training vouchers must be activated by the recipient via Microsoft’s website at www.microsoft.com/elevateamerica before February 24, 2010. This activation gives the individual access to the online training program for 12 months. Individuals receiving Business Certification Exam vouchers must schedule a testing date and time with a participating Certiport Center and complete their exams before February 24, 2010. The locations for the Certiport Centers are posted on the North Carolina Community College System's website, www.ncccs.cc.nc.us or www.certiport.com/Portal/Pages/LocatorView.aspx.
