| BCC Book Store |
The bookstore offers new and used books, class supplies, and other items for sale. The bookstore is operated independently by College Bookstores of America. Operating hours are posted outside the store in the Student Center.
College clothing, souvenirs and other items are also available for purchase. In order to be prepared for class, all students should purchase required books and supplies before the first day of class. If you are uncertain about what you will need, the Bookstore staff will be happy to assist you. Separate checks are required for tuition and textbooks.
The BCC Bookstore's Fall hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9 am to 1 pm and is closed from 1 pm to 3 pm and re-opens from 3 pm to 5 pm, Tuesday 1 pm to 7 pm and on Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. 755-7313

The county was formed in 1764 from parts of Bladen County and New Hanover County. It was named for the colonial port of Brunswick, NC (now in ruins) which was itself named for Duchy of Brunswick-Lüneburg ; at the time held by the British kings of the House of Hanover .
According to the U.S. Census Bureau , the county has a total area of 2,720 km² (1,050 mi² ). 2,214 km² (855 mi²) of it is land and 506 km² (195 mi²) of it (18.59%) is water.
Brunswick County has an annual average high temperature of 73 degrees and an average low of 51 degrees Fahrenheit, the sub-tropical climate keeps outdoor activities enjoyable year-round.
The county is divided into six townships : Lockwoods Folly, Northwest, Shallotte, Smithville, Town Creek, and Waccamaw.
