The intercollegiate athletics program seeks to support the mission of Brunswick Community College by providing opportunities for students to improve their lives and well being through participation in organized sports. The purpose of the athletic program is to promote and encourage in such a way that results will be consistent and supportive with the total educational purpose of Brunswick Community College. We strive to provide a dynamic environment that promotes academic achievement, competitiveness, teamwork and self-discipline. Our goal is to build character and sportsmanship, which become life-long traits. The athletic programs that we offer are Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Women's Volleyball and Baseball.

We are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association
(NJCAA) Region 10 and compete in the Carolinas Junior College Conference at the Division 1 level. All students are required to maintain a cumulative 2.0 grade point average in order to participate on any athletic teams.
