Continuing Education – Emergency Medical Science (EMS)

Courses are designed to meet the needs of local EMS agencies, healthcare providers, and the public with emphasis on emergency patient care in traditional pre-hospital and nontraditional environments. Emergency Medical Science (EMT) courses are also designed to assist individuals desiring employment or retraining in health institutions or related fields.

Emergency Medical Science (EMT) classes include:

  • EMT Basic
  • EMT Intermediate
  • EMT Paramedic
  • EMT Continuing Education

EMT Course (State Certification)
Registration for this class opens December 1, 2014 

January 6 – May 5
Tuesday  and Thursday, 6-10 p.m.
Saturdays, 8 a.m.  – 5 p.m.
Location:  Waccamaw Fire Department
