BCC Dolphin’s Open Local Business

Colleen Funston and Vicki Westcott began their journey at Brunswick Community College three years ago. Funston was a student of Health Information Technology and Healthcare Business Informatics Instructor, and Westcott was a student of programming and Information Technology.

The decision to quit smoking led them to another common ground they both shared, chemistry and product development. They started out selling their product at flea markets to develop a customer base. They recently opened Vapor Paradize in Shallotte, NC where they sell electronic cigarettes.  Congratulations Colleen and Vicki – we are extremely proud of you and we wish you the best of luck!
