BCC Delegates to Leadership Symposium

Brunswick Community College recently hosted an Aspiring Leaders Summit for some of North Carolina’s best and brightest. The summit was part of the UNCW 3C Collaborative, a new university-community college partnership initiative created to develop strong future leaders for NC’s community colleges.

“This is a great professional development opportunity for faculty and staff that have the desire and goals to grow personally as individuals and professionally within their position,” said Lisa Fields, BCC Department Chair, Business and Service and summit coordinator. “The tools learned over the two days are valuable and necessary for our current positions and those aspiring to step into roles as community college leaders.”

The two-day summit featured talented and experienced speakers as well as many interactive activities designed to excite and inspire current and future community college leaders.
