Class descriptions

Aqua Yoga- Combines water with basic elements of yoga. Using strength, flexibility
and breathing for a soothing yet challenging workout.

Cardio Combo- High Intensity Interval Training utilizes equipment and body weight exercises varying work/recovery periods.

Circuit Combo- An interval-based class that integrates strength, balance, coordination,
and cardio while moving quickly between workout stations.

Deep Water- A great aerobic workout in the deep pool. Floatation belts are provided. Noodles and hand bars are used to increase muscle and core strength.

HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training utilizing various types of equipment
and varying work/recovery periods.

Monday Mixer- Every Monday our instructor will mix up the class using various pieces of equipment and formats to keep your body moving. Each class is designed to be different.

Muscle Conditioning- Strengthen from head to toe using a variety of equipment and formats to keep your body moving. From warmup to cool down, experience a new challenge each week.

SilverSeakers® Classic- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Senior Cardio Fusion- Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with non-impact aerobics choreography.

Silver Splash- Add a little H2O to your workout! Silver Splash offers lots of fun shallow water moves to improve agility flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Special Silver Splash kickbacks are used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.

Strength & Tone- ALL muscle groups are worked in this class with the focus of high repetitions using resistance bands, free weights, and balls. In shallow water we use noodles and hand bars to achieve the same intensity.

Pilates/Barre: Mat and Ballet Barre classes center around floor work for core and Barre work for legs, ranging from beginner to advanced exercises.  Using the body’s own resistance,  a series of movements designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility are performed.

Pilates/Yoga: Develop core strength and stamina, improve balance and inner stillness, create lean, strong muscles and improve flexibility in joints and connective tissues. Focus your awareness on body alignment and deepen into poses with the guidance of your breath.

SPIN: Our SPIN classes provide a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, and increase your caloric burn.


These classes are offered at a rate of $15/month unlimited along with an active membership.
