Group Exercise Class Schedule
Silver Sneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Senior Cardio Fusion: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobics choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Silver Splash: Add a little H20 to your workout! Silver Splash offers lots of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Special Silver Splash kickboards are used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
Stretch and Relax: A mat-based light stretching and relaxation class perfect for beginners or as an adjunct to your regular workouts. Please bring your own mat.
All Classes listed above are FREE to all Silver Sneakers and Renew Active Members. All other Members pay our unlimited group exercise rate of $15/month.
Aqua HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is what these workouts are all about, working your whole body in the shallow pool. Cardio and strength training moves are performed at a more challenging level, guided by great music.
Deep Water: A great aerobic workout in the deep pool. Flotation belts are provided. Noodles and hand bars are used to increase muscle and core strength.
SPIN: Our SPIN classes provide a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, and increase your caloric burn.
Strength & Power-Get ready to challenge yourself in this total body, barbell and free weight training class incorporating weight room exercises and working each major muscle group for 3 to 5 minutes.
Cardio Combo-High Intensity Interval Training utilizes equipment and bodyweight exercises varying work/recovery periods.
These classes are offered at a rate of $15/month unlimited along with an active membership.
