E-Notary

This course is designed for current Notaries that have a desire to be a commissioned electronic notary. Topics include legal, ethical and procedural requirements of the Notary Act set forth in the General Statute 10B Article 2. You must provide your commission expiration date upon registration; purchase the Electronic Notarization Manual before you can attend the class. Paralegal I

This course provides a balance of relevant workplace skills and legal theory. Students will understand the core concepts needed to pass the NC Paralegal Examination and how to establish a successful career in the legal field. Upon completion, students will be equipped to conduct valuable legal research, craft legal correspondence, interview, organize case files, and navigate the litigation process. For the duration of the program, students will learn from experienced attorneys and have access to a variety of resources that provide case studies, group projects, and traditional lecture. Requirement: High School Diploma/GED. 

Paralegal II

This will provide the right balance of relevant workplace skills and legal theory.
