Meet Dan Stone, BCC’s Veterans Mentor

August 25, 2022 — If you are a veteran attending or planning to attend BCC, you need to meet Dan Stone. Dan is the college’s Veterans Mentor. After a 30-year career in the United States Army, Dan has successfully transitioned to civilian life and works at BCC as a TLC Specialist. In addition to tutoring students, he mentors student ambassadors and veteran students. He also serves as an instructor teaching ACA, BCC’s college success course.

We encourage you to contact Dan and ask him about the many programs and benefits available for veterans at BCC. These include a complete network of resources, support, and advocacy.
