Esthetics Technology
The Esthetics Technology program is a two-semester program that includes 600 instructional and clinical hours as required by the N.C. Board of Cosmetic Arts Examiners. In addition to comprehensive lectures, students spend the final 300 hours of the program in practical training. Students receive intensive training as skin care therapists. Licensed estheticians work as: Makeup Artists, Cosmetics Buyers, Cosmetic Researchers, Medical Estheticians, and Esthetics Instructors. Class size is limited to 12 students.
Nail Technology
This course will focus on developing basic manicuring skills and includes acrylic nail techniques. You will learn acrylic overlay, sculpting methods and free hand nail art. Our goal is to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience to prepare you to get your license and begin a new exciting career. Students learn the latest procedures in a hands-on, fast-paced salon environment and gain valuable experience working with clients, providing a complete range of manicure and pedicure services. This program prepares the graduate for the North Carolina State Board Examination leading to a manicuring license.
Massage Therapy
This 640 hours course is designed to prepare the student for the certification examination required for the North Carolina licensure application process. Through class work and practical “hands-on” training, students obtain a solid foundation for professional practice as an entry level Massage Therapist. Upon successful completion of the course, the student is eligible to sit for the certification exam and apply for state licensure in North Carolina.

Our nationally certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and athletic sport medicine trainer courses will help you establish professional creditability, and advance your knowledge and skills to improve your chances for employability.
