Spring Book Return

Your book rental return date has been extended until May 14, 2020.  Rentals may be returned by mail or curb-side drop-off.

Curb-Side Drop-Off:

Drive-up service is available in the front of Building A (by entrance steps) from 10am-1pm on May 7, May 12, and May 14.

Once you arrive, follow the drive-thru path and wait inside your car. A bookstore representative will come to your car to retrieve your books. DO NOT deposit your rental book(s) in the Library drop-off bin as the Bookstore will not be able to properly credit your rental account.

Return by Mail (Option is available until May 14th)

Check your email for a Return Rental Reminder email. You should have received this email within 14 days of the due date of your rental. The email contains a link to print a packing slip and a free return shipping label.  You may also visit www.BrunswickCCBooks.com to print a free return shipping label:

  1. Click the “Sign In” link on the top right side of the page.

  2. Enter the email address you provided to the Bookstore when you rented your books. If you do not know your password, click the “Forgot Password” link. A temporary password will be emailed to you.

  3. Once signed in, select “Rentals”.

  4. Once on the Rentals page, scroll down the page to view the list of books you rented. Click “Return All Rentals by Mail” or the “Return by Mail” button. Both buttons will open a pop-up menu for you to select the books you want to ship back. If you do not get a pop-up menu, your browser may be set to “block pop-ups”.

  5. Follow the steps to print a return label and packing slip. Include your name and phone number with the returned books so that we can credit the proper account.

 

Summer Course Materials Distribution

As we continue to follow Governor Cooper’s guidance, the Bookstore is offering mail or curb-side pickup of your Summer Course materials.

How to Order Books: Visit our website, BrunswickCCBooks.com, and select the books according to your schedule. If you need assistance in selecting course materials, email your schedule to wgraley@follett.com.

Payment for Books: Use a debit/credit card to pay for your books to complete the order process.

Financial Aid/Dually Enrolled Students:  Select “Fall Financial Aid” for payment (even though you are requesting books for the Summer). Also in the Special Notes section, select the type of aid you receive, i.e. Pell, Brunswick Guarantee, or CCP.

Receiving Book Options:  We encourage you to ship your purchased/rental hard-copy book(s) to your home address. Electronic codes can be emailed to you by selecting In-Store pickup.  To receive Curb-Side Pick-up, select In-Store pickup.
