Returning Students

If it has been more than one year since you were enrolled in courses at the college your records may no longer be active. Click on the “Re-Apply to the College” button below to complete Steps 1. and Step 2 of the admission process to reactive your record.

Step 1. Plan Your Courses

Use the Self-Service portal to check your degree progress, register for classes, check final grades, apply for graduation, request a transcript, check financial aid status, awards, and pay for classes.

To register:

  • Log into your Self-Service account
    • Select Student Planning
    • Click on “Go to Plan & Schedule”
  • Click on the “Self-Service User Guide” for a step-by-step guide on how to plan and schedule your courses
  • Add each class to your plan

Step 2. Request Advisor Approval

Now that you have planned your schedule, send the plan to your Advisor for review and approval. Your Advisor won’t know that you have planned courses unless you click the “Request Review” button.

  • Select the Advising Tab within “Plan your Degree”
  • Click the “Request Review” button

Once your advisor has approved (given the thumbs up) to the classes that you have planned, you will have permission to register for them in Self-Service.

  • Log into your Self-Service Account
    • Select Student Planning
    • Click on “Go to Plan & Schedule”
    • You should see a thumbs up for the approved classes
    • Select the “Register Now” button to complete the registration process

The student is responsible for logging into Self-Service and clicking the “Register” button once your courses have been approved by your advisor. You’ll know you are registered for your classes when you see “Registered but not yet started” under each class on your plan.
